Bright as a supernova, is my printer paper.
The fantastic thing about the Super Warehouse site, is that there are over 600 choices for printer paper!
A difficult decision could be – which project do you want to try first? If you want paper for regular printing, consider how bright you’d like it to be. The brighter the paper, the more contrast it could provide for colors, and the cost would be a little more than for a lesser bright paper.
For photo printing I would suggest getting a better quality, like can be found at the Super Warehouse site. If the quality of the paper is poor, like sometimes you might get at a discount store, the photos look dull (and while not even n a matte paper). This has happened to me. Also, I have several different kinds of printers and like to get those 4” x 6” sturdy photo printer paper packs to have on hand. For multi photos on one sheet or scrapbooking, I like to use an 8.5” x 11” one, in high gloss.
You can also get packages of matte or glossy blank card sets (they come with envelopes inside) at the Super Warehouse site. With the holidays coming up, think of the great family photos you can incorporate into Christmas or other holiday cards. After you have printed them up, adding glitter or scrapbook accessories to the cards makes them both a keepsake, and very special. They show the recipient that you really care.
No matter what printer or printers you have, at the Super Warehouse site they have well over 7,500 printer supplies listed. If you are in need of toner or ink cartridges, they have them. Some cartridges are good and specifically for photo printers. They give you a wider range of available color combinations. Remember how we used to mix red and green together in grade school in order to get brown? Well, with today’s printers, computers, and printer supplies so readily available at Super Warehouse, there are thousands of color combinations you can create.
Some computer programs enable you to draw freehand art, or enhance your photos so they become truly unique. Get yourself some 8.5” x 11” canvas paper (yes, they have that) at Super Warehouse, create your own unique “painting” and then print it up and frame it. With copyright free art prints, you could also make a Grand Master copy to give to a friend. The possibilities are endless.
Crafts can be made on all colors of card stock paper. Party themes can be printed, cut out and glued. I’m thinking of candy holders, place mats, little hats, paper bags, even paper airplanes. There are licensed computer programs that would enable you to print up specific child favorite themes for the party. You could make wine bags and labels for adult parties, also.
